Do I need to be a current client to use the portal?
Yes. The portal is for established clients who already have an account with Inspired Life Counseling.
What if I forgot my login information?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. If you still need help, contact our office and we’re happy to assist.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The portal is encrypted, confidential, and HIPAA-secure to protect your privacy.
Can I use the portal for telehealth appointments?
Yes. You can access telehealth sessions and messages through the portal if applicable to your therapist.
