We offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and teens, including minority stress, relationship concerns, trauma healing, and belonging. Our trauma-informed clinicians respect all identities and walk with you toward well-being. We are committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and respected. |

You may notice that many of the therapists who work for Inspired Life Counseling are Christian, and many are not. Regardless of our individual religious beliefs, our practice is grounded in a worldview that emphasizes love, humility, and care for those who have historically been marginalized or harmed.
We recognize that many LGBTQ+ individuals have experienced deep pain at the hands of religious communities. We take that reality seriously. As therapists, we do not impose beliefs or attempt to change who you are. Our role is to walk alongside you with respect, curiosity, and compassion — supporting your mental health and well-being. |

This page is for people seeking thoughtful, affirming mental health care — whether or not faith plays a role in their lives. Some clients come specifically because they want therapy that honors both identity and spirituality; others want a therapist who will treat them with respect. Both are welcome.
If you are considering therapy and wondering whether this space might be a good fit, you are welcome to reach out. We would be honored to walk alongside you with care and respect.
