Medical Providers: Referrals Welcome

Inspired Life Counseling is a group therapy practice serving Chico and Redding, with secure telehealth available across California. We welcome referrals for adults, couples, and teens for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. Our clinicians offer evidence-based care, including modalities such as EMDR and skills-based approaches when clinically appropriate.

In fact, ALL THERAPISTS have EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR.  All clients have the option of traditional talk therapy, with EMDR available if the client and clinician agree it would be helpful.  No second trauma therapist to bring in and coordinate, we can keep it all in-house.  Best yet, we have a specific EMDR platform for providing high-quality telehealth with EMDR.

To refer a patient, please download and submit our referral form by fax or confidential email. Our team will contact the client to review scheduling options and next steps.  Once we have contacted the client, we will reach back out to you to confirm they have been scheduled.
