Mishell's session rate is $175. She provides a discount for sessions paid in full at the time of service for clients not using their insurance.
Mishell is in-network for Partnership Health & for Anthem Blue Cross MediCal. She can bill as an out-of-network provider for PPO insurance. We do all the work of calling to verify your out-of-network benefits, tell you what they are, send claims on your behalf, and then only collect what we can't get from your insurance. You don't have to deal with paying in full and getting reimbursed on your own. |

My work is about helping you see what's actually true about yourself - your real strengths, your genuine gifts - and letting go of the stories you've been told about what's "wrong" with you. We'll work through the depression, anxiety, and trauma that's been weighing you down, and we'll do it in whatever way works best for you. I'm trained in EMDR, which is powerful for processing trauma and emotional wounds. But whether we use talk therapy, EMDR, or a blend of both, the goal is the same: help you feel at home in your own skin and move forward with clarity and joy.
