Mishell is in-network for Partnership Health & for Anthem Blue Cross MediCal. She can bill as an out-of-network provider for PPO insurance. We do all the work of calling to verify your out-of-network benefits, tell you what they are, send claims on your behalf, and then only collect what we can't get from your insurance. You don't have to deal with paying in full and getting reimbursed on your own. |
Hi, I’m Mishell.
Do you ever feel like you’re wired differently? Maybe you’ve wondered about ADHD, struggled to stay organized, felt misunderstood, or carried shame for not fitting the mold. If so, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. My passion is helping clients understand what is actually true about them: their strengths, their resilience, and the unique ways they are built to move through the world. So many people come to therapy believing something is “wrong” with them. Together, we work to release those painful stories, heal emotional wounds, and build practical tools that make life feel more manageable and meaningful. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful therapy approach for processing trauma and reducing the emotional impact of painful experiences. Whether we use EMDR, talk therapy, or a blend of both, my goal is to help you feel more confident, more grounded, and more at home in your own skin.
You don’t have to keep apologizing for how you’re wired. Therapy can be a place where you learn to celebrate it instead. Understand your brain. Heal your wounds. Own your strengths. Mishell Commonly Helps With:
