Hi, I'm Leandra
I'm so glad you're here. I work from our Chico office, where I see clients in person and provide online telehealth sessions to anyone in California. I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I believe therapy works best when you're in the driver's seat. You know what you need — my job is to listen, ask good questions, and help you find your own answers. I'm person-centered at heart, which means we'll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. But I also pull from other evidence-based approaches when they're useful — think of me as someone who can offer you real tools and options, not just one way of doing things. Here's what I've learned: real growth happens when you're taking care of yourself — your mind, your body, the whole picture. So we'll explore what's shaped you, challenge the stories you've been telling yourself, and build on the strengths you already have. Your core values? Those become our compass. What I love working with: I have deep experience with the LGBTQ+ community from my training at Stonewall Alliance Center, and I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients. I work with teens, couples, families, and adults - Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, I’d be honored to support you.
